Our Team
Rose first developed her passion for CAD software during her undergraduate internship for a high- tech company. She further advanced her skills and interest in CADD software during her graduate studies, where she used it for designing systems to assist in research. She has continued to use various CADD software to assist her in her decade-long career in the field of Condensed Matter Physics and Failure Analysis.
CADD has even become integrated into her hobbies where she uses it to design furniture and home layouts. She has also utilized her CADD skills on drafting standard drawings.
Continuing to apply her CADD skills in the field of Civil Engineering to serve public agencies and private companies is a dream come true.
Robert is a talented, friendly, and hardworking civil engineer that has spent the majority of his career in Oregon as a professional engineer.
This includes over 8 years of design experience in roadway engineering (horizontal and vertical alignment), street lighting, ADA compliance, conceptual planning, stormwater facilities, PSE development from start to finish and much more.
Experience includes the full spectrum of a project from start to finish or from concept to construction closeout. This experience provides understanding of where a project has come from and what the next steps must be to bring it to full realization, while achieving client satisfaction.
Management experience includes navigating projects with many stakeholders, successfully negotiating conflicts of interest between stakeholders on multiple occasions. Accustomed to wearing multiple
hats, completing projects as the design engineer, lead drafter, project manager, and construction inspector all on the same project.
Capable with projects across multiple disciplines and phases, including construction administration, construction inspection/observation, 3D modeling of roadways (including ADA facilities), and conceptual planning layouts of major corridors and
roundabouts.
